Responsibilities • Participate in stand-up meetings and collaborate with business owners. • Develop and deploy code using Git and Jira for ticketing. • Handle ambiguous requirements with creativity and ownership. • Understand requirements through collaboration with Business Analysts. • Write well-documented and structured code. • Customize ERP systems and contribute to CRM development or accounting projects. • Test your own code and prepare tutorials for internal acceptance testing. Essential Skills • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTTP, and SQL. • Experience with C#, Rust, or Java. • Comfortable working in Linux and using the Bash Command Line. • Experience with Docker in a Linux environment. • 3 years of experience with a degree or 4 years without a degree. • 3-8 years of experience in Python or a similar web development language. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in CRM development or accounting is a plus. • Ability to operate in a startup environment with strong initiative. • Self-starter, go-getter, and risk-taker. • Practical experience in Business Development, Accounting, or Finance.
