Developer with Java, Jacada, XML, Oracle Database Job Description: Developer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Integration Layer which is a combination of Jacada wrapped in Java. The Jacada portion of the system is to scrape data from mainframe shared system screens. The data payload is packaged in XML/JSON for return utilizing a custom Java application/framework. Data is uploaded to an Oracle database for consumption by Call Center users via the NGD/Siebel application. We leverage Agile practices, while the shared system maintainers utilize Waterfall practices. Our work is tracked in Jira and our deployment framework is Jenkins.
