Payrate: $77.37  - $83.34/hr. Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced developer to develop and enhance our internal technology solutions on certain platforms that support various mission-critical business processes. Responsibilities: • As a developer, you must have a solid foundation as an admin configurator including workflows. • You will be responsible for developing through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, implementation, testing, to production deployments. • Your ability to quickly learn new features, technologies, and to communicate effectively with various business owners and technical staff members will help you to design, develop, and configure cutting edge .com business solutions. • To be successful in this position, you must provide expertise on the configuration, profiles, and security model while maintaining and configuring development and test instances for our internal sandboxes. • You will also be expected to provide detailed best practices and documentation for your work in a SOX compliant manner. • This job requires you be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • You must possess good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code. Required Skills: • 5-8 years of experience as Admin • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience Desired Skills: • Experience developing in an Agile software development environment • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies • Experience with Test-driven Development (TDD) • Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $77.37 - $83.34/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.  Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.  Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
