Role description
Job Title: DevOps Engineer
β’ Work on Azure Pipelines and Infrastructure configuration management activities such as build, release administration and new environment configuration.
β’ Maintain and deploy critical infrastructure components through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling across multiple environments
β’ Troubleshoot and monitor Azure cloud-based systems implementations for availability, performance, reliability, security, etc. using tools like Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, or similar
β’ Document work per medical device standards including writing software requirements and validation protocols
β’ Follow internal software development, validation and cybersecurity procedures to comply with medical regulations
β’ Perform debugging of issues and testing of new system capabilities
β’ Python scripting to automate testing
β’ Check Hardware-in-Loop results (through Jenkins UI, and/or the new Central Results Server)
β’ Solve issues within capabilities of the admin
β’ Common Script Issues
β’ Identify testing coverage gaps (through the HIL Central Results Server)
β’ General maintenance/update of nodes
β’ Support for HIL users
β’ Add new users and train them on HIL use
Required
β’ 5+ years of experience in a similar role and/or software engineering experience, including experience with a major cloud service provider (i.e. Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
β’ Demonstrated experience setting up and maintaining DevOps, CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines
β’ Working knowledge of DevOps/Automation tools including Ansible, Jenkins, Git, etc
β’ Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
β’ Advanced level degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or related discipline
β’ Medical device experience, especially active implantable or Class III devices
β’ Developing and deploying Azure services in C# utilizing .NET Core
β’ Hands-on experience with the development and deployment of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates and modules within a cloud-based deployment model
β’ Experience in dealing with topics related to cyber security, data privacy, etc.
β’ Development of iOS and Android applications

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $80.00/hr.
