A client with Kforce is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team. This is a hybrid opportunity in Orlando FL. We are seeking someone who is a go getter who isn't afraid to ask questions and hit the ground running. We need someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Summary:
β’ Designing, implementing, and maintaining the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline that meets Development, IT Security and Program Governance requirements
β’ Responsible for the architecture and design of the DevOps platform
β’ Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members
β’ Implementing the infrastructure and processes that enable monitoring and observability for Servers, Application and Network
Requirements
β’ Agile certifications such as Scrum Master a plus
β’ 5-7 years of experience, mid level and above
β’ Extensive experience with setting up/maintaining a CI/CD pipeline
β’ Extensive experience with Container technology implementation and system design - Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher
β’ Strong background with Scripting and automation languages such as Ansible, Python, PowerShell
β’ Possess strong technical and interpersonal leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a strong technical team
β’ Passion for Continuous Improvement; Experience with Process analysis and improvement
β’ Expert ability to debug and troubleshoot applications using logging tools
β’ Extensive experience with evaluating new technologies and providing objective evaluation of technical options for presentation to Senior Leadership team
β’ Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
β’ Experience integrating with enterprise applications
β’ Knowledge of Tools Desired: Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins
β’ Knowledge of additional tools including ServiceNow, Elastic APM, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds, SQL is a plus
β’ Experience with Linux Operating System
β’ Experience with Windows IIS Servers a plus
β’ Extensive knowledge of software and systems development and Agile methodologies/processes
β’ Proven experience interacting with all levels of business and technical project stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
