Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience, which includes at least 3 years in the DevOps area
Experience with open source software.
Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools.
Ability to code and script.
Experience with systems and IT operations.
Strong grasp of automation tools.
Data management skills.
Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in GCP and AWS.
Hands-on experience in CI/CD platform and tools like Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo etc.
Experience in administering VM and container orchestration with softwares like Docker, Kubernetes and/or similar software.
Experience in managing Redis, Elastic search, ELK, Kafka and Zookeeper.
Experience in version control systems like Bitbucket, Gitlab and Github.
Experience is using Shell, Perl, Python or Ruby Scripting for administration, monitoring and automation.
Experience in cloud formation scripts like Terraform or Hyperscalers cloud formation scripts.
Experience in Load balancer and http proxy servers like F5, AWS LB, GCP LB, NGINX, etc.
Knowledge in administrating Linux/Unix servers and clusters.
Knowledge in administrating Webservers, J2EE app servers, RDS/RDBMS (Oracle, MySql), NoSql (Neo4j, MongoDb, Couchbase and others) servers.
Experience in Puppet Automation and Ansible playbooks would be a plus.
Experience in other cloud infrastructure like Azure, Cloud Foundry, Openstack would be a plus.
Knowledge on Domain management, Certs, Network routing, Cloud Security
