Pay Range: $60 - $ 65 Job Description: • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and production environments across various cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift). • Diagnose and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues involving Java, .NET, Python, Scala, Node.js, and JavaScript. • Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement robust, long-term solutions. • Drive improvements in CI/CD reliability, automation, and system observability through proactive tooling and process enhancements. • Lead implementation of advanced monitoring strategies to ensure optimal performance and early issue detection. • Provide on-call production support, ensuring high system availability and incident resolution efficiency. Must-Haves • 7+ years of experience in production support and DevOps roles. • Expertise with Jenkins, Artifactory, Confluence, Ansible Tower, and Digital.ai Release. • Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform. • Strong skills in Unix (BASH, KSH), scripting, and database management (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL). • Familiarity with testing and QA tools such as TOSCA, QTest, and Octane. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a deep understanding of performance metrics and incident response. Nice-to-Haves • Experience in the banking or financial services industry. • Familiarity with enterprise-level support processes and large-scale deployment environments.
