Role Digital Jutro Lead Location - NJ/PA Duration - Contract/Fulltime Job Description Jutro Digital Platform is a fully integrated development platform that is natively connected to Guidewire Cloud Platform, P&C core applications, and ready-to-use content so you can build unique, innovative, and engaging digital experiences for any user, any line of business, and any distribution channel. Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Extensive experience as a Jutro developer with a strong emphasis on Microfrontends (MFE), Jest testing, cache management, performance optimization, and persona management. • Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in React-based projects. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies • Experience on SASS or LESS and writing modular scalable style sheets. • Expertise in Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture and implementation. • Strong understanding of caching strategies and cache management techniques. • Experience in Jest, Mocha or similar testing frameworks for unit testing and test automation. • Deep knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications. • Familiarity with persona management concepts and implementation strategies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities. • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred. • Must be experienced in GIT and version control systems. • Understanding of full stack development
