Role description
Position: Digital Production Analyst Contract: 9 Months + high likelihood of extensions Location: Ideally, Oregon, open to anyone on the West Coast who can work remotely on PST Hours. MUST be based in OR, WA, or CA. Rate Range Depends on Experience: 40-53/HR Join a leading global footwear retailer as a Digital Production Analyst within the Marketing Operations team. You’ll help streamline digital workflows, improve content delivery processes, and leverage data to drive operational efficiency across media, retail, and social channels. We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Digital Production Analyst - this role is pivotal in harnessing the data and analytics produced from all campaigns and projects that pass across the Digital Production workflow and build requirements and recommendations on areas to focus process improvement that allows us to move towards a higher reliance on technology to balance an ever-evolving Marketing landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Support rollout of new digital production models and tools. • Partnering cross-functionally to pilot and transition new best practices in workflow, tooling, and AI. • Support the downstream execution of campaigns by monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the process and performance of content deployment. • Leverage data and analytics to inform production opportunities and performance usage reporting • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities to improve process automation, analytics collection, and content delivery performance. Work with leads in those areas as a client, building requirements for improvement. • Produce regular reports and dashboards to communicate KPIs, SLAs, and critical analytics to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, creative, and technology. • Maintain high standards in digital content delivery and reporting. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field. • 2+ years in digital production or marketing operations. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Ideally, experience with SQL or Tableau. • Desire to use AI to better analyze and understand the digital landscape. • Experience with CMS, DAM, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
