Job Title: Director of Pricing & Promotion Strategy Location: Remote Client Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Contract Industry: Accounting / SaaS Job Function: Strategy, Finance, Revenue Management Experience Level: Mid-Senior Education: Bachelor’s Degree required Job Overview: We are hiring a Director of Pricing & Promotion Strategy to lead the development and execution of a scalable, customer-driven pricing and promotions strategy for a top accounting/SaaS client. This is a fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates only. This leader will collaborate closely across Finance, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Go-to-Market teams to optimize list pricing, discounting, and revenue performance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the pricing strategy across all offerings • Partner with Finance and Product to model pricing/promotions • Design centralized promotional strategies and execution plans • Leverage data and customer insights to optimize pricing decisions • Manage pricing tools/systems for real-time updates • Track and report pricing performance and ROI • Communicate strategy and rationale to leadership and field teams ✅ Must-Have Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, or related field • Deep knowledge of pricing analytics, price elasticity, segmentation, and revenue optimization • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, and Data teams • Proven track record in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Proficient with pricing tools, data visualization platforms, and SQL or similar tools • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
