Position Overview
Location: On-site at RESTON VA. NO REMOTE!
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Documentum application development and AWS cloud services to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in enterprise content management solutions, API development, and cloud deployments, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and support ongoing platform upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and troubleshoot Documentum applications, including Content Server, D2 Config, D2 Classic, D2 Smart View, Brava, CTS, xPlore, and DFC Client.
• Perform Documentum platform upgrades and migrations.
• Build and maintain REST APIs using Spring Framework to integrate with Documentum or similar ECM platforms.
• Architect, deploy, and manage applications using AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, ALB, SSM, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and AWS SDK.
• Troubleshoot AWS deployments by reviewing configurations, analyzing logs, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, standups, and reviews.
Required Qualifications
Documentum Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Documentum architecture, object model, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Documentum applications (Content Server, D2, Brava, CTS, xPlore, DFC).
• Proven track record with Documentum upgrades and migrations. API Development:
• 2+ years of experience developing REST APIs using Spring Framework.
• Experience integrating APIs with ECM platforms such as Documentum.
AWS Cloud Skills:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, ECS, RDS, ALB, SSM, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and AWS SDK.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud deployments, configurations, and security.Methodology:
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools.
Preferred Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in enterprise-scale ECM/Cloud migrations.
