Job Title: DPAS Data Analyst / Property Accountability Analyst Location: Tucson, AZ (85756) Duration: 12 Months Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule Pay Rate: $71.42/hour Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented DPAS Data Analyst / Property Accountability Analyst to support mission-critical logistics and inventory accountability across multiple U.S. Air Force programs. This role operates at the intersection of government property systems, logistics data integrity, and audit compliance. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with U.S. Air Force systems, including ELMS (DPAS) and FLITES, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of government-owned assets throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and validate daily transaction activity between internal systems and U.S. Government systems (ELMS/DPAS) • Investigate and resolve rejected or failed transactions through root cause analysis and corrective actions • Utilize systems such as PRISM, ELMS (DPAS), and FLITES to research, validate, and reconcile logistics and inventory data • Process and support a variety of transactions, including: • Issues (government facilities, contractor locations, assemblies, disassembly, scrap) • Receipts (production, government, contractor, assemblies) • Ownership transfers across DoD agencies • Updates (condition codes, part numbers, etc.) • Cross-reference logistics and part data using FLITES (WebFLIS equivalent) to ensure accuracy and compliance • Collaborate with program teams, supply chain, and engineering to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows • Maintain compliance with government property accountability standards and audit readiness requirements • Identify and implement improvements in data quality, system workflows, and operational processes Required Qualifications • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (not required at start) • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC access for government systems (ELMS/DPAS, FLITES) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience with DPAS / ELMS or other DoD property accountability systems • Familiarity with FLITES, WebFLIS, or similar logistics reference systems • Background in DoD logistics, supply chain, or aerospace/defense programs • Experience with ERP systems such as PRISM or SAP • Active Secret Clearance Education Requirements • Associate Degree OR • 5 years of relevant experience with certifications such as S/EJPME
