FedTec is seeking Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Admin Location: Austin Texas Job Overview: Fedtec is seeking an experienced Power Platform Administrator who meets the qualifications of a Product Support Analyst 3 within the Technical Services, Help Desk, and Operations category. This role focuses on the administration, governance, and optimization of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, with an emphasis on Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform CoE Toolkit, AI tools, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. The successful candidate will support mission-critical systems through configuration, customization, and integration of Power Platform solutions, including Canvas apps, Power BI dashboards, and Co-Pilot Studio automation. Additionally, the role includes oversight of AI functionality and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance to ensure secure and effective use across the organization. Responsibilities: Β· Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform. Β· Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs. Β· Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions. Β· Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring. Β· Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals. Β· Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes. Β· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting. Required Skills & Education: Hands-on experience with customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs and debugging software applications.
