Title: ETL Developer Lead Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica and Oracle, along with experience in APIs, Kafka streaming, and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading ETL development efforts, ensuring data integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enterprise data solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter. • Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts in Oracle. • Integrate external/internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure seamless data flow. • Implement real-time data ingestion pipelines using Kafka. • Automate, monitor, and manage ETL jobs in a Linux/Unix environment. • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Perform performance tuning of ETL jobs and database queries. • Ensure best practices, code quality, and data governance policies are adhered to. Required Skills: • 8+ years of experience in ETL development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter. • Expertise in Oracle databases including complex SQL and PL/SQL. • Experience working with Kafka for data streaming. • Proficiency in developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs. • Comfortable with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
