ETL Developer

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking an ETL Developer in Kansas City, MO. Summary: We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to lead the transformation of our current manual data processes into a centralized, automated data infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing a dynamic and agile data program that supports reporting and analytics across multiple technology data sources. Responsibilities: • ETL Developer will analyze and consolidate multiple data sources including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint into a centralized Azure SQL database • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs • Ensure seamless integration of the Azure SQL database with Power BI for dynamic reporting • As an ETL Developer, you will build scalable and maintainable data solutions that support future growth and agility • Document ETL processes and provide ongoing support and optimization Requirements • Proven experience as an ETL Developer working on similar data centralization and automation projects • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Azure SQL databases • Familiarity with Power BI and its integration with backend data sources • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Experience in the healthcare industry is not required; The data is primarily technology-focused • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, etc.) • Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data quality and security • Agile project experience or familiarity with dynamic data environments The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
