Role description
ansrsource is hiring several US-based subject matter experts (SMEs) to collaborate with instructional designers on a series of short (1-3 hour) asynchronous course builds for adults.
Scope may include --- but may not be limited to --- drafting/curating content; collaborating with instructional designers on creating course outlines; reviewing (and possibly editing or augmenting) AI-based course outlines content, activities, and assessments; reviewing ID-created course builds; and participating in screencast videos and recordings.
Courses development is expected to start soon. We are working in batches, each expected to last 10-12 weeks. Each SME will likely spend approximately 30 hours total on each course across that entire timeline (that is an estimate for planning purposes only). SMEs may work on more than one course at a time, if they have the expertise and availability.
Content areas will include:
β’ Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Modeling
β’ AI for Business Strategy & Leadership
β’ AI for Finance and Financial Modeling
β’ AI and Machine Learning for Project Management & Operations
β’ AI for Data Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science
β’ AI for Data Visualization, Reporting, and Power BI
β’ AI for Marketing, SEO & Content Strategy
The successful candidates will have:
β’ 3-5 years of experience in the select content area, and/or
β’ An advanced degree in the select content area or a related field
β’ Experience teaching or developing course content for adults is plus, but not required.
About These Positions
β’ These are freelance/contract, remote positions with few, if any, meetings.
β’ People typically do this work on top of/between full- and part-time jobs.
β’ The work will be done according to our deadlines, but when you are available. Sometimes quick turnaround is necessary.
β’ This opportunity is paid per course, not per hour.
β’ Applicants may be asked to do a short qualifier before starting work.
