Job Description:
Must Have Skills: Flowable (open-source or enterprise), including BPMN, CMMN, and DMN, BPM workflows, CI/CD knowledge, RESTful API .
We are seeking a highly skilled Flowable Process Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain robust business process automation solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Flowable platform, including BPMN, CMMN, and DMN standards, as well as strong backend development experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, implement, and maintain business workflows using Flowable (BPMN, CMMN, DMN).
β’ Build and integrate custom Java services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
β’ Translate business rules and process requirements into automated workflows.
β’ Implement scalable and modular process designs ensuring performance optimization.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, QA, and DevOps.
β’ Handle versioning, exception management, and task assignments for robust workflow management.
β’ Integrate automated workflows into CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices.
β’ Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM workflows.
Required Skills:
β’ Strong experience with Flowable (Open Source or Enterprise).
β’ Deep knowledge of BPMN, CMMN, and DMN modeling.
β’ Proficiency in Java & Spring Boot development.
β’ Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and service orchestration.
β’ Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control, and automation best practices.
β’ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
