Role description
Exciting opportunity to join an independent Creative & PR business to support them in bringing in a process automation tool.
This is a unique role where you will sit at the intersection of moderator, strategist, and social insights lead.
Their focus is on changing public perception and building public relevance for their clients, using digital and social-first insights.
Using cultural intelligence you will connect the dots between trends, communities etc to create business impact.
β’ Freelance project (length will be guided by you and the business needs)
β’ Circa Β£400-Β£450 day rate (outside IR35)
β’ ASAP start date but can be flexible
β’ London office- hybrid working
The role:
β’ Creating reports such as social listening, trends, and research (qualitative and quantitative).
β’ Building a product focused on public relevance using data and AI
β’ Aim is to build a data and AI tool that acts like a super version of ChatGPT to address industry challenges
β’ The tool will automate manual processes currently done by a junior analyst, including social listening, trend reporting, and research
β’ The goal is to operationalise multiple data sources into one platform for efficient insights and client reporting
β’ The AI tool is being built to integrate multiple APIs and data sources such as synthetic users, Agility, SEMrush, and YouGov.
β’ They plan to compare existing reports with their blueprint to assess gaps and improvements
The person:
β’ You must know what βgoodβ insights looks like, decoding culture and turn your findings into a strategy
β’ Skilled in social listening tools (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Agility, Meltwater, etc.)
β’ Experience running and interpreting qualitative research (moderation, communities, interviews etc
β’ Strong strategic framing & storytelling skills
β’ Comfortable with BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, GDS)
β’ Proficient in AI prompting / workflows for faster, sharper insights
