Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and business savvy FullStack Data Engineer & Analytics Developer to join our team. This role blends data analytics, backend engineering, and frontend development. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise, full stack development capabilities, and hands-on experience with databases including Postgres and Snowflake. You will help bridge the gap between raw data, scalable systems, and actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
β’ Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical and technical solutions.
β’ Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL (Postgres, Snowflake) and Python.
β’ Build and maintain backend services using Python Flask and SQLAlchemy.
β’ Develop and enhance frontβend interfaces using JavaScript, React, AgβGrid, and CSS.
β’ Identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision making.
β’ Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability.
β’ Conduct adβhoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
β’ Present technical and analytical insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
β’ Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in analytics and full stack development.
β’ Design and execute software testing activities based on documented business and technical requirements.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
β’ 3+ years of experience in data analytics, full stack development, or similar hybrid roles.
β’ Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, data modeling, and report optimization.
β’ Proficiency with SQL (joins, CTEs, subqueries) and experience with Postgres and Snowflake.
β’ Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn) and experience with Flask and SQLAlchemy.
β’ Frontend experience using JavaScript, React, AgβGrid, HTML, and CSS.
β’ Ability to communicate complex findings to nonβtechnical stakeholders.
β’ Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
β’ Web development experience (Ajax, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
β’ Exposure to business domains such as finance, marketing, operations, or sales analytics.
β’ Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling.
β’ Bonus points: Experience with PHP, ThoughtSpot, Sigma Computing.
