Responsibilities: β€’ Lead full stack development across multiple business and technology domains, driving delivery from conception to production. β€’ Collaborate with design, engineering, testing, and operations teams to ensure successful development and deployment of products. β€’ Own architecture decisions, technology selection, and quality assurance across backend and frontend systems. β€’ Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure development best practices. β€’ Drive initiatives in CI/CD, automated testing, cloudnative deployment, and infrastructure as code. β€’ Analyze customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. β€’ Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence. Required Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. β€’ 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure solutions. β€’ 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core API, and NodeJS in full-stack environments. β€’ 3+ years of experience using TypeScript, GraphQL, and containerization tools like Docker. β€’ 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining scalable cloud applications on Azure, AWS, or PCF. β€’ 3+ years of experience in writing headless REST APIs, using best practices for API design and documentation. β€’ 4+ years of experience in building user interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX design, prototyping, and scalability. β€’ 3+ years of experience in using testing frameworks such as Xunit and Jest for unit testing and mocking. β€’ 3+ years of experience working with .NET MVC, automated build processes, and CI/CD practices. β€’ 5+ years of experience working in Agile (Scrum) teams, with proficiency in SDLC, SOA, OOP, Design Patterns, and DevOps principles. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA). β€’ Six Sigma Certification or similar process improvement credentials. β€’ Working knowledge (2+ years) of tools and platforms such as: β€’ .NET Core, Web API 2, Sitecore, GIT/GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines β€’ Security and feature management tools like Check Marx, SecAPI, Launch Darkly β€’ Helix architecture, Service Oriented Helix Architecture (SOHA), and FHIR β€’ Development environments including Visual Studio, VSTS, NuGet, CMS systems, JQuery, XML/JSON, and Dependency Injection β€’ Strong understanding of upstream/downstream impacts of design and architectural decisions. β€’ Ability to drive process improvements and champion quality across the engineering organization. β€’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across various levels and disciplines. β€’ Demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality software and improving the consumer experience through technology.
