Typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Salesforce, Reltio and GL Prod effectiveness, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, Cleanse and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.). Broadening knowledge of product lines, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and Client. Explains technical information to others. Preferred skills- Experience with using Salesforce and ERP Systems such as GL Prod Attention to detail is important An understanding of the United States Postal Service addresses in the US(city to state) Understanding of Client Healthcare terminology and business processes is a plus Ability to work in a team setting and independently is a plus Position is repetitive and the resource should understand that and be willing to work in the queue Required- 4 year college degree(preferred degree in healthcare or business is a plus)
