Gen AI Engineer

Role: Gen AI Engineer Location: US Remote Responsibilities: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or related fields • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals • Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, deep learning, vector databases, RAG, and agentic AI architectures • Skilled in building and deploying AI-powered applications with seamless integrations across Azure and Oracle Cloud platforms • Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML workflows, reusable patterns • Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Semantic Kernel for enterprise AI productivity solutions • Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, and Next.js • Proficient in Model Context Protocol (MCP) for scalable multi-agent communication • Experience designing and deploying AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, containerization, and infrastructure automation with tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, RedHat OpenShift, Ansible, and Terraform • Knowledge of embeddings, multi-modal AI, autonomous agentic systems, and data engineering basics • Skilled in chat bot lifecycle management. • Experience with data connectors, API gateways, and cloud-native services such as API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3 • Committed to responsible AI development with background in AI ethics, governance, and model transparency • Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into strategic value for stakeholders • Experience working in agile, collaborative teams • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technologies Regards Praveen Kumar Talent Acquisition Group – Strategic Recruitment Manager praveen.r@themesoft.com| Themesoft Inc
