Role Description W2 ONLY Title: Gen AI Technician Location: East Brunswick, NJ or Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Employment Type: Innovant Tech - W2 About the Role We are seeking highly skilled Gen AI Technicians to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and cloud-native architectures. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, hands-on development, and the opportunity to influence AI-driven transformation in the contact center industry. Key Responsibilities • Architect and design advanced GenAI solutions integrating ML models, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. • Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. • Engage in hands-on coding, technical design, and system optimization. • Build and deploy ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and spaCy. • Design and develop APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and cloud-native applications. • Implement RAG, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph, and conversational AI solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. • Stay current with AI/ML trends and best practices. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. • 3+ years in a leadership or team management role. • Gen AI, LLM’s, RAG, vector databases, conversational bots – Strong expertise required. • GCP & Data Engineering – Required. • Playbooks – Required. • Vertex AI, Machine Learning Models, ADK – Required. • Experience with LangChain & LangGraph. • API development experience (RESTful, GraphQL). • Contact Center industry experience is a plus. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field. • Proven track record in designing and delivering AI-driven applications at scale.
