Title: Gen And Agentic Ai Specialist Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 +Months Job Description: Generative & Agentic AI Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Generative AI and Agentic AI to design, build, and implement intelligent solutions across business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of modern AI frameworks and demonstrate leadership in applying AI to real-world enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end development of Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, from concept through deployment, including data preparation, model training/fine-tuning, and integration with existing systems. • Architect solutions using advanced frameworks like LangGraph, Google AI Development Kit (ADK), and other industry-standard Agent Development Kits to orchestrate complex workflows and agents. • Design scalable AI pipelines capable of interacting with LLMs, external tools, APIs, and databases, ensuring performance and reliability at production scale. • Evaluate and benchmark various Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA) based on specific use case requirements such as latency, accuracy, cost, and regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align GenAI solutions with business goals. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI developers and researchers, promoting best practices in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and secure deployment. • Work hands-on when necessary to build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable products (MVPs) demonstrating innovative use of GenAI. • Leverage knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion applications to integrate AI into enterprise workflows, where applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning, with at least 2 years focusing on Generative AI. • Proficient in Python and familiar with AI libraries like LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, and popular open-source LLM frameworks. • Experience using tools such as Google ADK, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Pinecone, or Weaviate. • Solid understanding of prompt engineering, model tuning, context handling, embeddings, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and agent orchestration. • Familiarity with OCI services, including Data Science, Functions, API Gateway, and integrations with Oracle SaaS apps. • Demonstrated leadership in AI-driven projects with the ability to both manage teams and deliver individually. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and conversational AI platforms. • Exposure to compliance and governance considerations around enterprise AI adoption. • Publications, certifications, or contributions to the open-source GenAI community are a plus.
