The team behind Litigation Friend believes in empowering the underdog. ROLE DESCRIPTION: Are you a justice warrior with a passion for technology and access to justice? We’re building a small, focused team of developers with a specialist interest in Generative AI to create an AI-backed platform that empowers employees to handle workplace disputes more easily and affordably. You will work closely with legal experts and product designers to develop and deploy Generative AI tools that can streamline case management processes, draft documents, and support company operations. This role involves contributing to the development of LLM integrations, chatbots, autonomous agents and other AI-powered features, ensuring they are ethical, accurate, and user-friendly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using LLMs • Integrate pre-trained models into the company’s platform (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral). • Collaborate with legal experts to translate legal workflows into technical solutions. • Build user-friendly interfaces and backend services. • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with ethical AI principles.
