Hi Everyone, CloudIngest Hiring for Lead Developer (SPM) Interested Candidates can share your profile to jyothi@cloudingest.com Role: Lead Developer (SPM) Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days) Visa: USC/GC only Contract: W2 only Job Description: • Architect, Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM/EA, Discovery, and Service Mapping • Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g., scripting, automation, APIs) • Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., Ariba, cloud services, messaging platforms) • Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification • Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services • Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT, SIT, and production validation • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions • Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards • Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization
