Required Qualifications: • Hands-on experience designing and building GenAI applications, particularly with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker JumpStart, or similar AWS-native AI services. • Strong Python development skills, with experience in AI/ML model integration and orchestration. • Experience with vector database design and implementation (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Amazon OpenSearch with vector support). • Familiarity with unstructured data handling and data lake environments. • Working knowledge of IAC tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation. • Excellent problem-solving, technical documentation, and communication skills. • Experience building secure applications with awareness of PII, encryption, and IAM best practices. Preferred Qualifications: • AWS Certified AI Practitioner and AWS Solutions Architect – Associate (or ability to earn within 6 months). • Additional AWS Specialty or Professional Certifications (within 1 year). • Familiarity with the broader AWS ecosystem: VPC, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway. • Web development experience (React or full-stack frameworks a plus). • Experience with CI/CD tooling and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Past experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing Jira backlogs.
