Role Responsibilities • Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems. • Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars. • Experience in implementing third-party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce), etc., including Google CCAI. • Proficient in web service, API, and other cross-system communication protocols. • Experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g., SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST). • Software development expertise in an object-oriented programming language. • Ability to design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience as a Genesys Developer. • Strong understanding of Genesys frameworks and tools. • Demonstrated ability to design IVR systems. • Proficient in XML and SIP communication protocols. • Experience with call routing logic and strategies. • Familiarity with API integration and database management. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. • Experience with user experience design is a plus. • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Strong time management and organizational skills.
