Job Description
• Orchestrate the stack—build and maintain clean, bidirectional data flows between HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, and Amplemarket so every lead, account, and activity stays in sync.
• Automate funnel workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce: enrichment, scoring, routing, lifecycle triggers—sub-5-minute SLA from form fill to SDR.
• Own tagging and attribution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and META; ensure airtight UTMs, pixel governance, and first-party data capture for multi-touch measurement.
• Stand up real-time dashboards in Looker that surface MQL→SQL conversion, velocity, and CAC/LTV—no spreadsheets, no guessing.
• Embed AI/LLM calls where they accelerate scoring or personalization, documenting every workflow for repeatability.
• Harden the environment with CI/CD, code reviews, observability, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
Experience
• 5+ years Martech/RevOps engineering in B2B SaaS with proven ownership of HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integrations.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript and SQL; comfortable with APIs and iPaaS tooling.
• Hands-on experience configuring Qualified chatbots, HubSpot automation, Amplemarket cadences, and pixel/tag management for Google, LinkedIn, and META.
• Deep understanding of demand-gen funnel metrics, multi-touch attribution, and data-privacy regulations.
• Bonus: Looker modeling, AI/LLM integration work, or prior localization/SaaS domain exposure.
Our Story
Our founders, Spence and John, met at Google working on Google Translate. As researchers at Stanford and Berkeley, they both worked on language technology to make information accessible to everyone. They were amazed to learn that Google Translate wasn’t used for enterprise products and services inside the company, and left to start a new company to address this need – LILT.
At its core, LILT has always been a machine learning company since its incorporation on March 6, 2015. At the time, machine translation didn’t meet the quality standard for enterprise translations, so LILT assembled a cutting-edge research team tasked with closing that gap. While meeting customer demand for translation services, LILT has prioritized investments in Large Language Models, believing that this foundation was imperative to the future of enterprise translation.
