Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Marketplace data and data tools such as New Relic, Splunk, Salesforce, Amazon Data Bricks, SAS, Sandbox, Snowflake, MS Power BI and MarkLogic.
• Experience with interrogating data using advanced data science, statistical, and mathematics techniques.
• Experience with manipulating data sets to uncover trends and extract insights.
• Experience in presenting data in creative and visually compelling ways to communicate findings with data visualization tools such as Redash, MS Power BI, or Tableau.
• Proficiency in executive reporting.
• Experience with languages and tools for data science development, including Python, Scala, R, SQL, or SAS.
• Experience with Big Data development, specifically in the areas of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP).
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) and health insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
