As part of a broader transformation initiative, they are investing in scalable, data-driven HR systems and are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join the team and help drive their systems strategy forward. This is a high-impact role offering hands on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with exposure to ADP systems as well, cross departmental collaboration, and the opportunity to lead mid-scale projects that influence enterprise-wide operations. Location preference is Tampa, FL, but Dallas (Coppell) candidates will also be considered. About The Role The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for both the functional and technical aspects of the HR systems portfolio. This includes day-to-day system support, user training, configuration, and project leadership. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business users to improve processes, resolve system issues, and ensure optimal platform performanceprimarily within Oracle HCM Cloud. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a streamlined hiring process. Responsibilities β€’ Support end-users with navigation, issue resolution, and ongoing training. β€’ Maintain data accuracy and system integrity through audits and process review. β€’ Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements. β€’ Serve as an HR Tech SME for audits, system issues, and internal projects. β€’ Lead small to medium HRIS projects: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. β€’ Create and deliver ad hoc reports and analytics for HR and business leaders. β€’ Participate in implementation of new features or tools across the HR tech stack. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve downstream data and systems integration. β€’ Align risk and control procedures into daily workflows. Must-Haves β€’ 5+ years of experience in HR technology or a related systems support role. Bachelors degreen in Business, HR, IT or related fields. β€’ Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) is required β€’ Familiarity with ADP products and how they integrate into enterprise HR/payroll ecosystems is preferred. β€’ Knowledge of enterprise-level HR, Payroll, and Reporting systems, including workflow design and system configuration. β€’ Strong Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, charts, macros). β€’ Experience with ADP products is a plus. β€’ Project leadership experience on small to medium-scale initiatives. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
