Primary Services is actively recruiting for a highly skilled HRIS & Data Analyst to support a large international organization. As an HRIS & Data Analyst, you will maintain and optimize HR systems, ensure data integrity, generate actionable reports, and play a key role in the transition from ADP to Workday. This position offers exposure to global HR operations, advanced HR technology, and opportunities to improve processes that impact employees worldwide.
Responsibilities
• Maintain optimal function of existing HRIS system ADP, including performing data entry and updates within the system.
• Provide technical support to HR and end-users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving inquiries.
• Develop and generate customized HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Participate in Workday implementation and collaborate with HR teams on data migration from ADP.
• Support system testing and validation of HR systems.
• Train HR and business users on HR system functionality and best practices.
• Develop user guides, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS-related tasks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR technology processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
• Perform other HRIS-related duties as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in HRIS administration.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, preferably ADP and/or Workday.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in HR system implementation and data migration is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience performing diagnostic tests, audits, and documenting HR processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support end-users effectively.
