We work with top AI Labs to help them hire human data trainers for post-training, staffing firms to re-invent their recruitment; and startups for their core team hiring. Long term, we’ll become the default recruitment engine for all companies & create the highest quality pre-vetted global talent pool on earth. Your Role: The Human Data Lead (HDL), will be interfacing with our Top AI Lab customers and managing a team of PhDs/Professors to train frontier AI models, ensuring the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality. You will oversee the the design and execution of workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives that support AI model development and performance. What You'll Do: • Lead data-driven projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic decision-making. • Manage multiple AI-focused projects, balancing priorities effectively. • Facilitate seamless communication across varied stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency. • Develop and implement robust data strategies, enhancing the organization's analytical capabilities. • Mentor and guide a team of data professionals to drive performance excellence. • Continuously assess and improve data processes, staying ahead of industry trends.
