• Need Mid-level resources with 8-12 years of experience
Detailed Job Description-
• Design, Develop, test, and maintain ETL batch processes using IBM DataStage
• Strong SQL/Database concepts, with relevant experience on PL/SQL
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, to be able to work with business users and cross functional teams
• Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve complex data related issues including conducting Root cause analysis
• Data Analysis- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Experience in establishing criteria for data use/test cases.
• Documentation- Create and maintain technical design documents for data processes and workflow
• Collaboration- Work with cross-functional teams across US and India locations
• Optimization- Fine tune SQL queries and DataStage jobs for improved performance and reliability
• Strong business analysis and requirement definition background in Data Integration (ETL)
