Informatica Business Analyst

Title: Informatica BSA (ETL) Type: Contract 6+ Months Location: Remote MUST have 3+ years of Informatica Business Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Applications team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Informatica Upgrade Project, Informatica Powercenter Requirements Documentation: Document existing integrations and develop specifications for redesigned integration efforts. Conduct gap analysis by reviewing current documentation and identifying areas for improvement. Prepare detailed requirement specifications, mapping documents, and process flow diagrams to support business use cases. Document mapping, Gather requirements using summaries and working in a fast paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have SQL skills including simple and complex queries. Backlog Management: Own and manage the Informatica project backlog, including task prioritization and grooming. Provide regular updates during standups and project meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders. Cross-Team Communication: Foster strong communication with Development and QA teams. Production Support and Process Optimization: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production support incidents and service requests. o Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining and enhancing process flows. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS Five or more years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis Understanding of ETL processes (Informatica 10.5 /Powercenter) and experience in writing SQL Server queries Experience with various system development lifecycles such as waterfall, RUP, and Agile methods Ability to communicate, verbally and written, technical requirements/constraints to a broad audience of technical and non-technical individuals Ability to learn new concepts quickly Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
