The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. • Strong knowledge of healthcare claims, insurance processes, and industry regulations. • Hands-on experience working with healthcare payers, providers, or claims adjudication systems. • Proven ability in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835). • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS). • Prior exposure to healthcare IT platforms or claims processing applications.
