🌟 Role Overview
You’ll be the bridge-builder! 🌉 Your mission is to ensure all business requirements are perfectly structured, strictly owned, and flawlessly aligned with our enterprise capabilities. This role is specifically designed for a technical "translator" who can navigate the complex data flows between engineering, business operations, and the factory floor.
📋 Key Responsibilities
• 📍 Master the Matrix: Define and steer the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to keep every project milestone on track from concept to delivery.
• 🤝 Drive Ownership: Ensure every requirement has a clear "home" and a designated owner across all business capabilities to prevent delivery gaps.
• 📏 Gold Standards: Align site-specific requirements (like SZC) with overarching DMC standards for peak performance and consistency.
• 🔗 Systems Sync: Maintain total consistency across the critical manufacturing tech stack, ensuring ERP, PLM, and MES systems are fully integrated and synchronized.
🛠️ Mandatory Experience & Skills
The "Triple Threat" Background: To be successful, you must have a proven architectural understanding of how the following systems interact:
1. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): Business logistics, finance, and procurement.
1. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management): Engineering design data and product configuration.
1. MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems): Shop-floor execution and real-time production tracking.
Additional Requirements:
• 🏆 Senior Pro: A proven track record as a Senior BA or Product Owner within massive, high-budget transformation programmes.
• 🔍 Mapping Expert: Exceptional skills in end-to-end requirements management and the technical governance of complex data environments.
• 🌐 Tech Translator: Experience "dancing" between high-level business stakeholders and deep-tech enterprise teams to get the job done.
