Role description
Based: London, hybrid 3 days a week Duration: 6 months fixed term contract Reporting to: Interim Deputy CFO Works with: Finance Team Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interim Finance Transformation Analyst to support the delivery of three critical finance transformation initiatives: Global Payroll Provider Rollout Enhanced Financial Reporting via Power BI Implementation of a Purchase Order (PO) Tool This role will work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution, leveraging Business Central (ERP) and HiBob (HRIS). Principal accountabilities: Key tasks include: Project Support & Coordination Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones across all three initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Payroll Transformation Support the global rollout of a new payroll provider, ensuring data integrity between HiBob and Business Central. Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of payroll processes. Power BI Reporting Collaborate with finance teams to identify reporting needs and develop dashboards in Power BI. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, drawing from Business Central and other sources. PO Tool Rollout Support the implementation of a new Purchase Order tool, including process mapping, user training, and change management. Ensure seamless integration with Business Central and alignment with procurement policies. Change Management & Training Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops to support adoption. Act as a point of contact for user queries and feedback during rollout phases. Skills and attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Detail-oriented with a structured approach to project delivery Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative Qualifications and experience Essential: Proven experience in finance transformation or project-based finance roles Familiarity with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms Proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting and dashboard creation Experience supporting payroll, procurement, or ERP-related projects Strong Excel and data manipulation skills Project management exposure (formal certification is a plus) Preferred: Experience working for a not-for-profit organisation.
