IT Digital Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Portfolio Manager for a Digital Transformation initiative, Agile Strategy and other initiatives at a large government agency. You are a Senior Digital Transformation Leader with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Enterprise Digital Strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business and IT Alignment, Agile and Traditional Portfolio Management, and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role requires expertise in Adobe AEM, SAFe Agile, Cloud Technologies, and Customer Experience Platforms to optimize digital workflows, content management, and omnichannel experiences. Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe solutions. Define and execute AEM strategies for content management, digital workflows, and omnichannel customer engagement. Optimize customer experience platforms by integrating AEM with AI, Cloud, and Data Analytics to enhance business agility. Partner with IT and business teams to streamline digital content operations and improve digital governance. Drive Agile adoption to align IT and business teams with digital transformation objectives. Establish governance models for Agile methodologies to enhance IT project execution. Provide coaching and mentorship to Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Digital Product Owners. Champion DevOps, ITIL, and ITSM best practices to improve enterprise IT service delivery and cloud adoption. Work with senior management, digital marketing teams, and IT leaders to drive transformation strategies. Lead cross-functional teams to implement AEM-powered digital experiences that support business growth. Build and scale Communities of Practice (CoPs) for Agile, Digital Marketing, and Enterprise Architecture. Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance Adobe AEM capabilities and deliver scalable digital solutions. Minimum Qualifications: 15+ years leading Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, and Enterprise Technology Modernization. Digital Platforms & CX: Adobe AEM, Adobe Marketing Cloud, AI-driven Customer Journeys Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Digital Customer Experience (DCX), and Cloud-based Content Solutions. Proven success in implementing AEM for large-scale enterprises, including workflow automation, AI-driven personalization, and omnichannel integration.
