Role description
Job Title: ITSM Data Analyst Location: Madison, WI (100% Remote – CST timings preferred) Primary Skills: ServiceNow, ITSM, Incident Management, Data Analysis & Reporting Duration: 15 months Contract Type: W2 only Role Mandate: • The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations to both business and IT teams. • This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively through written reports and presentations. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, analyze, and interpret data primarily from ServiceNow but occasionally from other sources to identify trends and patterns. • Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business and IT decision-making. • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with ServiceNow application. • Experience with IT Service Management Processes, such as Incident Management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
