Role description
Position: Java Backend Microservices Engineer (Need Recent Banking Experience) β€’ Proficiency in Java, including Java 8 and above. β€’ Experience in designing microservices, developing, and deploying microservices. β€’ Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Spring components. β€’ Expertise in building and consuming RESTful microservice β€’ Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL β€’ Strong knowledge on cloud services such as AWS β€’ Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration. β€’ Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices β€’ Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies. β€’ Familiarity with monitoring tools (eg - Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks β€’ Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. β€’ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders. β€’ Proficient in Implementing unit & integration tests using testing frameworks.
