The platform integrates first-party data, brand-safe content environments, and advanced analytics to deliver measurable business results.
About the Team
The Ad Tech Engineering team partners across multiple disciplines to define and implement the technology strategy behind our advertising systems — including demand-side platforms (DSP), supply-side platforms (SSP), and ad servers. This team is driving a multi-year initiative to create scalable, self-service tools that power end-to-end campaign management, sponsored listings, and innovative digital advertising experiences.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep experience in backend systems, microservices, and distributed architectures.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems for advertising technology applications.
• Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies to assess feasibility, maintainability, and long-term value.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and debugging sessions at the application level.
• Drive system architecture discussions and produce clear, comprehensive documentation.
• Provide technical mentorship and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and ensure system reliability.
• Enforce data quality standards across data acquisition, processing, and storage systems.
Required Technical Skills
• Expertise in Java/J2EE and REST API development.
• Experience building microservices (Spring Boot, mono repos).
• Proficiency in Kotlin (preferred).
• Database experience with Cassandra, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Proficiency in logging and reporting tools (Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana).
• Experience with messaging/event systems (Kafka).
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Nice to Have
Experience working with Ad Tech platforms (DSP, SSP, or Ad Servers).
Hands-on development with Python.
