KDB+ Developer - £1,100 Per Day (Inside IR35) London, Hybrid Working

Hawksworth Consulting are recruiting now for a Senior KDB Developer for an Investment Bank based in London. This is a 12-month contract (possible chance of extensions if the quality of work is good), £1,100 per day (Inside IR25), London based with a hybrid working (x3 days in the office, x2 days at home). The Job: As the successful applicant you will be the Senior KDB Developer for a global investment Bank, in their FI Algo trading IT team. The role is working within a small KDB+ development team focused on pricing and risk management for the FI Algo Trading desks. Required skills & experience: • Higher Education (Degree or equivalent) in computer science, maths, physics or engineering • Experience in KDB Developments • Low Latency • LINUX • Performance monitoring. • Track record in a front-office-facing role. • Test Strategies, Broader knowledge of evolutions in the Data management software field. • Familiarity with Gitlab, including Gitlab CI/CD, JFrog Artifactory, and Rundeck Masterdeploy a bonus. • Desirable: FI financial knowledge. • Agile methodologies If you are a KDB+ Developer looking for your next assignment please reach out to richard@hawksworthuk.com or apply.
