Data Business Analytics – Jersey City, NJ – Long Term Contract
Position Summary
Reporting to the Group Vice President of Sales, the Business Analytics Contractor is responsible for day-to-day sales performance reporting, forecasting support, field force analytics, sales dashboards, territory analytics, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and tactical decisions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards in Power BI.
• Coordinate sales forecasting, data consolidation, modeling support, and performance tracking.
• Support targeting, segmentation, sales force alignment, and territory analytics.
• Identify sales and market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Contract Management to support rebate and contract analytics.
• Develop KPI dashboards, territory scorecards, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and global teams.
Work Experience
• 5–8 years of pharmaceutical/biopharma sales operations, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Experience with U.S. product launches and post-launch performance tracking.
• Exposure to Market Access, contracting, reimbursement, or payer environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Skills and Specifications
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with U.S. and global teams.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced analytics-related degree preferred.
