Role description
Position: Laserfiche Implementation Engineer Location: Remote (Travel to FL when client needed) Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are seeking a Laserfiche Implementation Engineer to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implementing workflows, integrating with enterprise applications, and ensuring seamless adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise with Laserfiche platforms and proven experience in document management system (DMS) implementations. Key Responsibilities β€’ Implement, configure, and customize Laserfiche solutions to meet business and compliance requirements. β€’ Design and develop Laserfiche workflows, forms, templates, and records management features. β€’ Integrate Laserfiche with third-party enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.). β€’ Perform system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance. β€’ Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. β€’ Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure successful adoption. β€’ Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices for Laserfiche solutions. β€’ Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security compliance. Required Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ Hands-on experience in Laserfiche implementation, configuration, and administration. β€’ Proven experience in migrating content and data from legacy document management systems into Laserfiche. β€’ Strong understanding of document management systems (DMS), enterprise content management (ECM), and workflow automation. β€’ Experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations. β€’ Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, and Active Directory. β€’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
