Role description
We are seeking an exceptional Lead AI Engineer with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, strong healthcare/RCM domain expertise, and extensive hands-on knowledge of AI tools, including OpenAI. This is a senior leadership role requiring outstanding technical depth, problem-solving, and client-facing communication. The candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive AI innovation, and deliver scalable solutions for complex healthcare challenges. Key Responsibilities β€’ Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of AI engineers. β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, showcasing maturity and clarity. β€’ Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions tailored to healthcare/RCM processes. β€’ Drive design, development, and deployment of scalable AI applications using Python and full-stack technologies. β€’ Lead AI model integration (OpenAI, LLMs, ML frameworks) into enterprise systems. β€’ Oversee and enforce CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and robust code quality standards. β€’ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data security, and RCM standards. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and technical problems. Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ 15+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong expertise in Python and full-stack development. β€’ Proven experience in the healthcare domain, specifically Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). β€’ Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and OpenAI technologies. β€’ Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS). β€’ Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and leading teams. β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
