Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Lead AI Engineer with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, strong healthcare/RCM domain expertise, and extensive hands-on knowledge of AI tools, including OpenAI. This is a senior leadership role requiring outstanding technical depth, problem-solving, and client-facing communication. The candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive AI innovation, and deliver scalable solutions for complex healthcare challenges. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of AI engineers. • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, showcasing maturity and clarity. • Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions tailored to healthcare/RCM processes. • Drive design, development, and deployment of scalable AI applications using Python and full-stack technologies. • Lead AI model integration (OpenAI, LLMs, ML frameworks) into enterprise systems. • Oversee and enforce CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and robust code quality standards. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data security, and RCM standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and technical problems. Required Skills & Qualifications • 15+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong expertise in Python and full-stack development. • Proven experience in the healthcare domain, specifically Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and OpenAI technologies. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS). • Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and leading teams. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
