Job description:
Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the SDLC.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, efficiency, and effectiveness, and support business case preparation.
Analyze program policies and procedures to assess impacts on automated systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business value with solution design and planning.
Coordinate service request lifecycle from requirements gathering through UAT and implementation.
Review project deliverables (design docs, test plans, risk assessments) and provide feedback.
Manage process change requests, project scope, acceptance, deployment, and installation.
Required Skills:
12+ years of experience in the following:
Business requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, and lifecycle management (SDLC).
Business process reengineering and transformation to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Acting as liaison between functional and technical teams.
Leading project teams, managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating vendors, and resource allocation.
Projects involving data management, data quality, data migration, integration, enterprise systems, information security.
Working in Agile/Scrum environments or serving as Scrum Master.
Advanced SQL skills in Oracle and SQL Server.
Preferred Qualifications
PeopleSoft implementations/conversions, with expertise in HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or Pension modules.
Experience with MS Azure DevOps for requirements management and project delivery.
Experience with project management software.
Advanced certifications such as MBA, CBAP, CSM, CSPO, PMP, ITIL, or similar
