Lead Data Analyst 📍 Location: Cincinnati, OH (5 Days Onsite) 📄 Duration: Long Term 💼 Employment Type: C2C Job Description We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive enterprise‑level data analysis initiatives and lead a team of analysts in delivering high‑quality, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical leadership, hands‑on technical expertise, and the ability to partner closely with business and technology stakeholders. Responsibilities • Lead end‑to‑end data analysis initiatives and manage a team of data analysts • Analyze complex datasets using advanced analytical and statistical techniques • Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership • Define analytics strategies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives • Design, build, and oversee scalable data models, databases, and data pipelines • Drive data ingestion from multiple sources while ensuring governance, quality, and accuracy • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support decision‑making and process improvement • Review and standardize data cleansing, profiling, and validation processes • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of modern analytics platforms and tools Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Lead Data Analyst owning complex analytics initiatives • Strong expertise in: • Data modeling and database design • Data architecture, mining, and segmentation techniques • Solid knowledge of advanced statistical methods: • Regression • Hypothesis testing • Probability distributions • Experience with data profiling, data quality management, and metadata‑driven processes • Strong hands‑on experience gathering requirements and creating source‑to‑target mappings • Must have experience defining: • Data elements • Transformation logic • Business rules • Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and ETL/data integration frameworks • Experience working with large‑scale datasets and platforms such as Snowflake • Strong hands‑on experience with reporting and visualization tools: • Power BI • Cognos • Tableau • Business Objects (or similar) • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have • Knowledge or hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric • Experience in P&C Insurance domain Additional Details • This is a long‑term contract role • 100% onsite in Cincinnati, OH (no remote or hybrid) • Only s and s are eligible
