Role description
Senior DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer – London
Day Rate: Up to £600/day
Location: London (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Contract: Full-time
We’re looking for a high-impact Senior DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer—someone with enough experience to take initiative without needing direction, and the insight to back their ideas with solid reasoning and real solutions. If you’re used to being the go-to person in a fast-moving environment, this is the kind of role you’ll thrive in.
You should be hands-on, sharp, and focused—ready to lead by example while helping shape architecture, culture, and capability across teams.
What You’ll Do
• Own architecture and delivery of cloud-agnostic infrastructure (no vendor lock-in)
• Lead and mentor a technically strong DevOps/DevSecOps team
• Drive multiple concurrent projects with a global footprint
• Apply Python and LLM experience to build secure, scalable systems
• Design for both on-prem and cloud environments
• Embed security into every phase of the DevOps lifecycle
Who You Are
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles
• Proven leadership in high-performing engineering teams
• Strong opinions backed by deep technical understanding
• Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and speed
• Fluent in CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native practices
• Security-first mindset with practical implementation experience
Why This Role?
We’re building a distributed, global team designed for 24/7 continuity. No red tape, no ivory towers—just real ownership, high trust, and meaningful problems to solve. This is a rare chance to help define systems and practices from the ground up at scale.
If you're done being the one fixing someone else’s mess and ready to lead from the front, let's talk
