• 12+ years of IT experience • experience performing relevant engineering job functions, preferably in the eCommerce space. • Experience Working on Salesforce OMS and OCI. • Apex/SOQL/REST Web services coding hands-on experience. • Lightning experience is a must (Aura and Lightning Web Components). • Working knowledge of technologies like AJAX, JQuery and JSON. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model. • Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them. • Experience with custom integration, Salesforce Sites and API Calls. • Experience with salesforce governor limits, licensing and best practices. • Familiar with Identity, SAML, and Salesforce cross-cloud integrations. • Good Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and experience with multiple Salesforce products: Service Cloud,Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Mulesoft. • Scratch org development and source driven development in the SFDC context. • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java,Spring, SQL, GitHub, CI/CD, Eclipse IDEs, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS is highly desirable. • Solid experience in architecture/design and implementation of high performing, highly scalable, and customer-facing websites/applications. • Demonstrated Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills, including deep knowledge of statistical analysis, Excel, SQL, and/or other analytical techniques. • Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
